Shipping

For Australia & all countries (other than USA, UK, Europe, Turkey & The Northern Republic of Cypress)

All shipping costs are shown once you add an item to your shopping cart, before you checkout. Just click on the ‘ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAX’ button on the shopping cart page & enter your location details. In most cases this is a flat rate. The shipping charge will be calculated before you click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. In some cases, a larger amount is charged for bulky orders.

We utilise several courier companies and the postal service to send your goods in the most efficient possible way.

Depending on your location, delivery times within Australia are usually between 1-5 business days. International delivery times are usually 5 – 10 business days (depending on the service used).

Returns

If you purchased from another supplier:

Please contact your Place of Purchase if you wish to return your BackTone or have any difficulties with the functionality.

If you purchased directly from this site:

You can return your BackTone in the original packaging within 21 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund your purchase price will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

Refund Process

We endeavour to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days. You will be emailed when the refund has been completed.

Faults

Please notify us as soon as possible if you suspect any faults with your BackTone. We will replace or repair any faulty BackTone purchased within a 24 month period.
